Cancelling or rescheduling in time
You can cancel or reschedule a lesson from your account at no charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If the lesson was prepaid, a lesson credit is added to your account.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made inside the cut-off are marked as late cancellations and are charged at the full lesson fee, as the tutor has reserved that time.
No-shows
If a learner doesn't join within 15 minutes of the start time without notice, the lesson is recorded as a no-show and charged in full.
If we cancel
If a tutor needs to cancel, we'll offer a replacement slot or a full credit — never a charge.
School & public holidays
We don't schedule lessons on South African public holidays. Recurring bookings skip these dates automatically.
