1. Accounts
Accounts are opened by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for all bookings and payments made for their children.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once they appear in your account. Online lesson links are provided in your account and confirmation email.
3. Fees & payment
All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR). Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Packages are valid for the stated period and are non-transferable between families.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
5. Course materials
Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by your family only and may not be redistributed.
6. Conduct & safeguarding
We expect respectful conduct from learners, parents and tutors. We may suspend accounts where conduct puts learners or staff at risk.
7. Liability
We do our best to support every learner but cannot guarantee specific academic results.
